These terms govern purchases from Atomic Racks ("we", "us") at this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and condition

We sell new, open-box, and tested used enterprise hardware. Each listing states the item's condition explicitly. Used equipment may show cosmetic wear consistent with data-center service; functionality is tested before listing as described on each product page.

Pricing and errors

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to keep listings accurate; if a pricing or inventory error affects your order, we will contact you and offer the choice of proceeding at the correct terms or a full refund.

Payment

Payment is processed at checkout by Shopify's hosted payment system. We never see or store your full card details.

Warranty and returns

Every part carries our 90-day hardware warranty, and orders may be returned under our 30-day return policy. Except as stated there and as required by law, products are provided without further warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or downtime. Always maintain backups; no storage device, new or used, is a substitute for a backup strategy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
