Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

Every item we sell may be returned within 30 days of delivery. How the return works depends on the reason:

Defective or not as described

If an item arrives dead, fails within the return window, or does not match its listing description, contact us and we will send a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect the item, you choose a full refund or a replacement (where stock allows). This protection continues beyond the return window under our 90-day hardware warranty.

Change of mind

Unopened or unused items in the condition you received them may be returned within 30 days. The buyer pays return shipping on change-of-mind returns. Please pack drives and components in their original anti-static packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@atomicracks.com with your order number, the item, and the reason. We respond within one business day with instructions. For drives, include the serial number from the health certificate that shipped in the box.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return, typically within 2 business days of arrival. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Exclusions

Items marked "For Parts / Not Working" are sold as described and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Items with removed or altered serial labels or warranty seals are not eligible for return.
