Bench Testing Over Batch Sampling
We run a full multi-hour SMART extended self-test on every single drive before it enters inventory, and publish the hours. Most of the secondary market wipes the odometer. We publish it.

Every part ships sealed in an anti-static bag inside a padded, rigid box, with no part-to-part contact in multi-unit orders.
Straightforward Warranty Claims
If a part fails within its warranty window, one email starts the claim. We replace or refund after verifying the fault, with a prepaid return label for defective items.
