This drive is well-suited for high-density storage builds, Unraid arrays, TrueNAS deployments, and enterprise backup targets. It uses 512e sector emulation, so it works as a drop-in replacement in arrays formatted for 512-byte sectors.

Compatibility
This is a SAS drive: it requires a SAS host bus adapter, RAID controller or SAS backplane (LSI/Broadcom, Dell PERC, HPE Smart Array and similar). It will not work on a SATA-only port or in consumer NAS enclosures such as Synology or QNAP without a SAS controller. Fits any 3.5-inch SAS bay in rack servers, tower servers, JBODs and TrueNAS builds. No special drivers or firmware required.
